This is a remix of grandfathers clock, but just a single stroke. I mixed the beginning and the end to get a longer decay. Good for dark 'time is running out' songs / effects.

I combined 2 sounds. One sound is always the same till the end and the other sound is separated in three times: one is lower, the other one louder and again lower, but still the same sound. To finish the sound i put a gong sound to show that is finish.

A straightforward pattern made in the lmms daw, i used the analog bell preset with a delayed, pitched-down arpeggio of sorts. Over time, the tempo increases, from about 50 bpm in the beginning, to 150 bpm in the end.

Cut up a recording of an old grandfather clock, removed the noisy whirring in between ticks, and added long dreamy reverb that grows a bit towards the end. .

Here's the perfect suspenseful "goodbye". Works perfectly to conclude until next week. This sound happened by accident. Guaranteed there's no duplicate sound out there. I tried to separate the rings by a suitable time period to sound realistic, and spaced at the end so it could be looped to ring for as long as you need.

I made this sound only with sounds effect on audacity. With chirp sounds from 50 hz to 300hz + dtmf tones at the end. Copy + paste 2 times for a "double jump" effect like in retro videogames.

I made this using my alto recorder. It is quite long but can easily be shortened. I just realized that i forgot to take the breath sound out at the end!! sorry! i will do better next time. I used one of those blank plastic cds that you sometimes get when you buy cd holders. I broke it up into many pieces and dropped them multiple times adding on the ending to make it sound like the leftover pieces bounce. Sorry about the backround noises, recorded on a laptop with the fan running and a tv in the backround. Came out pretty good though. I was satisfied in the end though.

Letting water inta an old metal kitchen sink:. - first several times into an empty sink with the drain open - with very audible drops on the metal sink at start and end. - then once filling the sink and draining the filled sink with some gurgling of the drain at the end. Recorded with an stereo pair of km184 into a tascam hd-p2, 48khz, 24bit.

The local library has a printer whose noise i thought was quite unique. I forgot to record it the first time, so the second time i checked out books i made sure to record it.
